If your putting Ice in I suggest covering the bottle in black construction paper and the inside with aluminum foil: 1 black paper keeps the ice dark and cold and 2 the aluminum foil would keep it even colder and last longer like a thermos cheers

The cost of the glue is cheaper than solder and readily available at any dollar store.
segagenesis1989 actually based on prices from amazon with the "low to high" filter, the cheapest glue is $1.77. The lowest price for solder is $0.30, not including one that said it was $0.01 because it just didn't seem real, however, it very well could be

poderia usar um cano PVC em um angulo de 60° na parte paralela do circulo e em uma caixa maior conectar esse cano.
pela gravidade os blocos de gelos cairiam pelo canoos gelos mais solidos ficariam na parte superior e os menos tenso na parte de baixo CLARO! E NA PARTE DE DESCONGELAMENTO fazia bastante calculados no Orifício da embalagem assim aproveitaria água como um ciclo reciclavel

Yes, you can make an air conditioner so long as you have a supply of ice and don't mind ungluing a 9v battery every few hours.
Also, it technically heats up your house more than it cools, unless the icemaker is from outdoors.

my hot glue always come out with the shape it is dried in and things always broke apart? can anyone help me for that??
Your hot glue is probably not quality one,, try different brand and it should hold much better.

I like your air cooler very much
I would make some kind of a holster for the battery, instead of gluing the battery directly to the container. That way you would have an easier time changing the battery when you need to.
Use Velcro strips or something
it has to be a rechargeable battery and you can get a plug in charger for it on the match lighter video he will tell you that you need one of those

Instead of sticking the battery u should have made a holder for it, u may need to change the battery afterwards
