Yes! I've definitely got some tips for you. This is probably going to sound silly, but when you're first starting out and practicing at home, put on a bike helmet as you work to build up your confidence in those tosses. Also, you can start by releasing the toss and then running backwards away from it, and let the toss fall to the ground many times until you get the hang of the release first. Once you're getting some good height and technique on the release by itself, then you can go into working on adding in the catch with the bike helmet on. For this particular toss, you'll know your rotation is right where it should be when your silk is landing to the right when hitting the ground. If it's not landing there, then you're either under or over rotating, and you will want to make sure you get that proper rotation amount down before trying to add in the catch. The last piece of advice, which is going to be tricky, but try to not let your fear of the toss come through in your release. If you timidly release the toss due to fear, you won't get enough height in the toss, and it increases the chances of it coming down on your head. You want to try and release with confidence so you get the right amount of space between the flag when it's in the air and your head. I hope this helps! This is definitely the perfect toss to try out for your first overhead toss, so you're on the right track. You've got this!!!

@@crystalzaragoza Thank you!! For some reason, the bottom of the flag always comes close to hitting my face as it falls down and lands with the silk on the right. Now I realize that it is because I'm too scared to throw it high thanks to your help.
