We do learn he is a jinchuriki, so maybe he has it ? Even tho it isn't rlly in the good color palette, so maybe he either has 10 tails (which would fit the colors) or they Switched tailed beast (maybe they switched with utakata's, but I'm not rlly convinced with the idea)

The tailed beast related to mist/steam is the 5 tails soo its a possibility that he is the 5 tails jinchuriki
