Humble request, do not opt for Whirlpool!! It's the worst. Constant issue of extra ice build up in freezer section and the Body section not doing enough cooling. Even milk get's spoiled overnight. Have reached out to customer support team multiple times but they make you work instead of sending a technician. They will tell you to do all these diagnostics and put you to work, and in the end, the result is the fridge would work fine for a month and then get messed up again! I have experience with Samsung fridge before and they were all very good with no issues, but Whirlpool is a big avoid !
Do not, I warn do not buy their products. They even don't have a good compressor developed. This company's complaint number have touched records. I know around people facing major issues with their products and Services. Now retail outlets have started warning about their products while selling. Please beware.
i purchsed a whirpool fridge on 2023 augast. now stopped cooling. very bad customer services. dont buy whirlpool products.
