I know your comment was 4 years ago, but the sand bar is not really there anymore, the water rose a lot. Boats still hang there because it’s shallow but the water is up to the trees now. I don’t know how to explain exactly where it is, but if you see a pretty green field it’s right across from that. 10 O’Clock facing towards the water if you were standing in the field.
