This is hands down the best video series for preparing oneself for biostats for Step 1. I watched Dr. Neil a couple of times and got all of the biostats questions correct.
My sister-in-law pharmacist is studying for her annual exam and I for my data science certificate. She ran into and loved these lectures, saying they literally clear up a "cataract" that has covered her eyes in regard to biostats for years. With 'the' most enthusiastic teacher and teaching style its like a cakewalk in remembering most difficult and confusing topics of biostatistics (nightmare) of medicos .
