  • Part of a video of WW2 German Militaria - This one features my Carl Eickhorn SA Dagger (Ground Rohm). Just like it's SS brother in my other videos, this is all original and un-messed with. See my other videos for the other items pictured!
*I do not support Nazi ideologies whatsoever - this video is for educational purposes.

Nice. I've got an SA dagger, Nordsee regiment from I presume 1934. Just as nice as the SS daggers and much cheaper to buy. Thanks for sharing this.

I don't know if it just the Vid making it look like this, but the Carl Eickhorn Logo looks farther away from the crossguard for a Rohm Dagger. And on all of the Rohm Eickhorns I've seen, plus the one I have the Eickhorn Logo is a lot closer to the bottom crossguard... But like I said it could just be the way the Vid is making it look....

+Blitzkrieg2002 The Eickhorn mark on this is one of the rarer large double oval maker mark. Most have the smaller one. Another thing I like about this dagger :D

Your right, it should be a small eickhorn logo closer to the Crossguard. They did this to have more space on the blade for the rohm writing. So this looks like a normal blade scraped on purpose to sell it as a rohm, which would be stupid cuz they are the same value as normal sa daggers. (I'm not 100% sure of course)

Depends on whether or not the Rohm inscription has been removed, or if it's still there. The Rohm Daggers go for around $2,000 USD or more... and the standard 1933 SA Daggers go for around $640 USD.

You can get a high quality replica dagger for around $100 on the International Military Antiques website.

@Cloby I mean I'd argue you can find a pretty good contemporary bladesmith to make you one of these. If you do any research about these they're pretty much 20th century reproductions of a popular type of dagger that was used and made from the medieval all they way up to the Renaissance. There's a lot of Modern day contemporary Bladesmiths that devote their work to reproductions and works inspired by those periods who's works could fetch a pretty penny. I'm sure they could make one of these and I more than sure depending on which of the higher end makers you commission for such work could fetch a price equal to the originals. Maybe not the higher end historically important pieces belonging to some important person, but definitely up in the 2-4k range.
