i think playing with the lighting(like the more yellowy interior with the jukebox) makes the whole place feel less sterile and hopefully with some more touches like the jukebox all that empty space could be put to use. while jodie's tardis was neat it felt like the crystal pillars made it feel much more cramped than it was and this is an improvement, i just wish that either would add more personal touches like capaldi's tardis
I've a bad feeling that coffee machine only existed to create the incident which threw the TARDIS into chaos at the end of Star Beast Totally agree about the empty feel of the new console room, I think they went a little too big & don't feel it will work filled with stuff - the ramps, which are no substitute for the gantry that existed in Capaldi's console room are gonna look cluttered compared to the ordered chaos of what Capaldi/the production crew did during S9/10
Overall I like but it feels a bit sterile probably due to it have to be an interior thst had to transition from David to Ncuti so they didn’t give didn’t give it any personal touches cause we barely see it in the the anniversary specials so the personal touches may come in season one due to getting more time with it unlike Matt’s second console room that made for Matt but was able to be easily tweaked for Peter when he got it
I love they went back to the original series type console room. Not like I'm going to watch it regardless lol. I haven't for years. The size of it puts me off. The console room should be an entrance and cozy. Not some huge warehouse. It ruins it.

I didnt like that they took 15s moment and gave it to 14 but i did like the tardis

Yeah I still have some mixed feelings about the size. I like the design but feel it's too empty and feels cold despite the lights.
