    There is no enough buyers is the fact but they are only talking about not enough supply, why? Truth is Canadians can't afford the housing in Canada and foreign buyers are less than before the pandemic. Hide your head in sand refuse to see the reality is not going to help you.

    Canada has a labour shortage problem of skilled trades. For every 7 builders that retire only 4 new workers come into the industry. Not enough framers, plumbers, electricians, glazers, dry waller’s and so on. Interested rates and even red tape reform will have no impact on the housing shortage.,
    There is not enough people with the skills to build homes.
