Hey Lovelies... Over the holidays, I was lucky enough to get some time to spend with my family. I went back home to my childhood home and spent some time with the cousins that I grew up with and ofcourse, one of my cousins is a soon to be Mrs and we were there to support her during her Lobola Negotiations and just love on and serve her in-laws.... This Vlog is really special to me so I hope you really enjoy it...
Enjoyed it alot thank you for sharing😍. Going back to my mothers village where she grew up and when I used to visit on holidays also gave me ho much joy and sadness at the same time seeing how things have change but yet stayed yet same... everything looks smaller than I remembered🤣
Absolutely loved this vlog so so soooo much!!!!! I'm obviously going to number my favourite moments as usual... 1. Zizi has this habit of saying the funniest things with a straight face. What's "Kaloku ndine mpundu ezinkulu so ndihleli phezulu"🤣🤣🤣everyone was in stitches besides her. 2. Love how quick you nipped the "weight gain" comments in the bud. I struggle with this when I'm home. 3. Cinematic views zase Marhambeni were so beautiful. Loved how you involved us in the details. Every home has a porcelain dog as an ornament sana🤣🤣🤣 Your family reunion made me so mushy. What a special privilege it is to have family that loves and gets together for good times🥺❤️
Thanks for explaining the Xhosa speaking cause I always get confused when u mention KZN as your home . Your vlogs never disappoint shem siyabonga Zizi for your authenticity in a very Instagram curated Era ❤
It's how cautious you were of the baby boy climbing up the stairs... You are going to be such an amazing mom one day Zizi❤️.... Also, I love how you so respectfully reprimanded umamncane from talking about your weight, I wish elders and people in general would understand that commenting on people's weight is not nice at all.
This was so emotional for me. Our family has separated, I miss my cousins and my grandparents home filled with love and laughter. You’re so lucky that you’re able to still maintain healthy relationships with cousins thina we’ve tried many times and failed.
It's me waving goodbye to your cousins ezilalini😂. This vlog is the most realistic and intriguing I've seen. The moment you had reminiscing about your grandparents and their home, had me in tears. Life really moves on, we will always appreciate those who loved/love you deeply ❤. The music was perfect for each scene.
This was probably one of my favourite vlogs to watch, so wholesome, made me feel so emotional because I feel the same way whenever I go to my late grandparents home, a mix of sadness, guilt and happiness. Thanks for sharing this with us Zizi ❤️❤️
I have'nt seen my family for live 3 years . I got so emotional watching this vlog with so much love in it . Family makes us complete. Thank you for sharing your family with us Zizi
The b-roll when you were eMarhambeni 🥺🥺🥺 aaaw man, sooo much nostalgia. We also got to see a glimpse of mommy Zizi, and you’re gonna be such a great mom to your soccer team! The music selection was top tier too 😍Congratulations to your cuzzy!
I was holding the tears In when Zizi was speaking about her childhood home, her grandparents then they just went flowing when she was playing change in time ahgg thank you allowing us to see such intimate moments
Thank you for a therapeutic session 😢😢😢..I just had to cry because you took me back into my childhood…everything came back ..Growing up poor and moving into a better place but for some reason I miss that place wheee we used to eat food in one plate or dish ..A place I wanted to leave so badly when I was young but now I miss it 😢
This was the most emotional vlog😭😭😭 It left a lump on my throat. Just thinking about how family structure/ dynamics changes over years as we loose loved ones 💔 Beautiful vlog ke my dhiye ❤️
Oh Zizipho. I shed a tear when u were reminiscing on your childhood, you being raised by your grandparents, and them being no more(same with me). But ke indeed life goes on❤
Oh thank you Zizi ntombi for sharing this with us 😥. It has made me miss my cousins from my dad's side and we haven't spent time together in forever. Thank you so much Zizi ❤️
WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!! What a vlog. I went through the entire hour like it was 15 minutes. You are the girl you think you are and more shem. Your content is loved and appreciated ❤️
This was the most emotional vlog I have ever watched on your channel, seeing where you grew up for a few years of your life,to the life that you have created for yourself reminded me that it does get better. I also come from the rural areas in Limpopo, but we are not so separated. I know how it feels to grow up in such an environment, one really has to do well in school to get a better life. Yoooh what a beautiful yet emotional vlog ♥️♥️
I just shared a tear when you were feeling sad. I felt that I go home quite often but I am trying to build my own family and I also want to rebuild my home as well akukho lula but kuzokwenzeka one day. I really felt that moment Zizi thank you so much being you. I love your content mntase. ❤️❤️
I can never fully explain in words how wholesome Zizi's vlogs make me feel shem. Like after a long day at work I come back sit back and just enjoy pure beautiful content. Rea leboga Mrs Moloko 🥰
Oh this was a beautiful vlog. The way I love you Zizi. ❤️. You are such a lover, the warm hugs you give. The way you were so careful with that baby. Like everything wethu was just 👌🏽. Seeing your background and how far you have come, its really encouraging.
I really enjoyed watching. It felt like a 30minute vlog I really didn't want it to end. Zizipho I love, love how authentic you are. You are just the ultimate wholesome hun, your content is top tier. 💯❤️❤️❤️
Gosh, did I not want this vlog to end. This vlog displayed a side of you which we've been aware you've had in you but been waiting for you to unleash sorta vibes and I loved it a million. Family dynamics and seeing how unfiltered you have been with your family is the best part of this video and really leaves me feeling emotional. 🥺🥺💗💗
Beautiful, wholesome vlog as usual. Nibahle kini, Ntombi. When you were talking about your childhood, chile, I became emotional. That road trip from Mariannhill Toll Plaza, BP Garage (Refreshment stop) outside Hammersdale, Thornville turnoff brought so many memories of us visiting both my maternal and paternal families in Kokstad.😍
Hi Zizi thanks for the wonderful vlog ntombi.Love how close you are with the family because as we grow old we tend to drift apart.Love it for you since a family that prays together stays together.
One of my favourite vlogs to date. Thank you for sharing with us the moments that bring you happiness and the people close to your heart. I pray you get to have more heartwarming experiences like this one ❤
Awww Zizi this is beautiful & very authentic .Just got emotional coz we were discussing this with hubby ukuthi we would rather invest where we are in the UK 🇬🇧 for our son coz back in Africa uzokhula & maybe not bother going back then it will be a loss 😢
Such a wonderful vlog I really enjoyed 🥹❤️ The weight topic is always a topic when going back home I even got to a point where I hate going home during holidays 😢
Oh man Zizi this vlog made me want to visit my hometown, it’s been so long and I understand what you mean by feeling guilty; ever since my grandparents passed on, no one goes home anymore. Replayed from 41:52 and got more and more emotional with each replay ❤ Thank you for this video 🥹
One thing your vlog did, was make me miss the simple things that make one happy… being at home, being in USA and seeing blogs like this I truly miss SA mpumalanga to be exact
Oh Zizi enkosi sisi for sharing. I was on Route 56 nam ngo December 2022 heading home to the EC after 10 years. Felt the same mix of emotions sisi. Having been raised by my grandmother during my primitive years.
This was such a wholesome vlog I really enjoyed it. Thank you. Also emotional when you showed us your grand parents house. After spending last week crying, Im home sick again.
Beautiful dear I appreciate your love an the tightness in your family I see you've kept gogo's values nonke wow I wish all families were like yours, ya'll are sooo blessed bethuna Zizi oh my dear keep up the good work, love the originality in your videos oh maan I'm touched, very emotional as we all at some point move on in life in all aspects of our lives. Wooooow I'm just in awe dear🥰 loved this it was like I journey seriously... You sure gave us an experience. Awesome ❤️
Jonga Zizipho, I just love you...nje masiqale apho. Such a beauty🥰, and then your content ke...👌I enjoy every vlog yakho..the most uncomplicated and enjoyable to watch
😂😂😂 the way uZizipho a overprotective ngayo kulomntana... it's clear she's gonna be a paranoid mother...I was a very paranoid mommy and my daughter never crawled 😭😭😭 coz I was fearing for her life... she's 10 now andikabinaye omnye coz I'm a "stalker" of a mother...besides finances I can't have anxiety for more than one kid it won't be good for my mental health...I don't know Zizi personally but I think she's definitely fall under the paranoid/overprotective mother 🥺
It can be very difficult being a mom...alot of times we dont know where to draw the line...when to be protective and when to let go and allow the child to learn n make mistakes and discover things by themselves....I think the best way is to follow your maternal insticts. If they say "Protect" you do that😍😍😍
@@LivinglifeInAbundance Amen to that sister 🤗 10 years in the game I still don't know when to draw the line...ndinqandwa nguye...my daughter be like Mom you overdoing it now...mom stop I need my space...I need to go out and play with other kids...but I think I'll do better kwabalandelayo...kentando kaThixo of course 😊🙏

Dudu Busani Dube mentions eNtsikeni in Iqunga, her fourth novel in the Hlomu series. So beautiful with all those hills and valleys.
That’s what I crossed my mind when she mentioned eNtsikeni
