On the sewer issue, if you happen to use flushable wipes you need to reconsider. They do not break down like toilet paper and eventually cause blockages in the pipes.
Buying a home at 27 was the worst decision. I had such a hard time being a landlord. Thank goodness I could support a Cape Town property while paying rent in another city with a tenant who I had to take to court. I wouldn’t recommend just invest into a JSE index tracker
