We look at the Echelon 39, shoot the bow, chrono the bow and shoot the bow at 18 meters. We compare the bow to the other leading target bows. Спорт
Love your videos best archery reviewer on you tube.
I have to say that finish in blue looks great. I was skeptical but when I opened the box I was won over
Great review! Would be sweet if you shot it back to back fully setup against the Supra Focus!
Great review. Would like to see a Victory X assessment from you!
Thanks for the great reviews. You compared this bow to the TRX, but as far as I can see, you haven't reviewed the 2018 TRX38 - any chance of a review of that bow?
I love the finish
Great review again, I think you should set it up and shoot some rounds. Be good to see how it compares.
Please do a review onthe beast exc. Please.
Love your reviews Steve.
Keep the elite reviews coming love my ritual. Do you have and diamond medalists 38’s. To do review on for entry level price target bows
He doesn't sell Bowtech/Diamond bows.
Can you review the Elite Victory X? I'd be interested in hearing where you rank it alongside other Elite bows (as well as other manufacturer's bows).
Steve, you seemed to like the Echelon so much that I would like to see you own & shoot one.
Shot good with it too, not bad lots of tens
You're making me soooooooo jealous!
I agree with you! I wanted a hot shooting bow and got the PSE PerformX-3d. Its a fireball rig!
Its like hunting bow in speed but a target bow.
Any idea why your videos bounce up and down a little bit? Very odd. Great, in depth review.
She's so pretttttyyyyyyyy!
Just curious if you have had a chance to shoot the Elite Revol? It looks like a pretty awesome crossover bow.
it is priced as shootdown in the US. It is very competitive I think.
Any way you could compare it to the victory x? I would love to hear an unbiased opinion between the two target bows.
Steven, another good review. As you know, the Elite Echelon was one of my pick bows for the year. Elite's "shootability" marketing slogan applies here , eh ? Yes, comparatively a little on the slow side perhaps, but a sweet stable bow to shoot. However, then I shot the new PSE Focus; my choice was made. Elite persist again with a module change for draw length & then also in a bow press to add to the inconvenience. A pain for the retailer & resale. A big concern for potential buyers arisen of late is; why so many of their top target pro shooters have now moved away from the Elite's flagship Echelon in favour of their older model Victory X ? Elite respond to questions by saying that their Pro archers can choose, - yes, precisely, they have ! But why ?
Shoots well, but such a drop in speed compared to the other big 3.
I wander if you used the cable stops instead of the limb stops if it would be faster due to it coming out of the valley quicker
lol.... using a bow with a whisker biscuit, a happy meal sight, no peep sight, at a DL half inch longer than he otherwise would... and he's still shooting better than me.
can you please review the pse pro carbon 30 inch stabilizers
thankyou
I think you should set it all up and give it a real honest go at it ;)
I have a 2014 Hoyt Tribute. A beautiful bow but I was charged an extra $150.00 Cdn for the shiny target paint... Which I think was too much.
I reckon it would look better in a gloss finish instead of the satin and that’s the riser and limbs
i have been noticing lately all the pros have been switching back to the elite victory from the elite echelon idk why.
Try the Elite Ritual ---> MIND BLOWING Hunting Bow
How can I get cable stopper?
Ceracote is what the finish is. Ceramic firearms finish.
Would you not prefer shinny? Or do you love the finish?
Archery Supplies I like shiny... Still... I used to have an Energy 32 in Ceracote. It’s a very tough finish.
I like the ceracote finish. plus it can take some serious abuse
So better than anodizing? What do you prefer?
@@ArcherySuppliesLonsdale anodizing is the best finish.
How come it's not on the Elite website?
Are you still shooting the Scott Backspin? Or the TRU Ball?
Been shooting the sear, but I think next week a State champs TR Ball
Archery Supplies I’m shooting the Scott’s Exxus Core, but I want to use a back tension release and was impressed with how well that tru ball worked. I’ve watched every single video of yours, which made me purchase my first PSE Xpedite charcoal. Love all your videos!
That is a great bow bow changes a lot if you change mods
I’ve only had it 3 days, but I’m really enjoying it so far.
Can you review the Kinetic Trium X?
Phenomenal Bow, get it but imediately change the string and cables. I shot a 293/18m with the Trium last week and i bet this bow can shoot 300s easily.
@@qb1390 im more of a hobby shooter. My first bow was from aliexpress, I soon bought a better bow from a local archery store. I like the trium x. Feels good in hand. Very well balanced.
Well then, the choice is made for you it seems. This bow can carry you through any competition if you pursue it in the future.
@@qb1390 true. I know. I was just curious what someone with more technical experience would think of the bow.
so … did you end up buying one for yourself?
IF WE TALK ABOUT PAINT AND COLOURS I WILL TRY TO MAKE COMBINATION OF TWO COLOURS OR SAME COLOUR BUT ONE IS MATT AND OTHER IS GLOSSY SO IMAGINE ONE SIDE OF RISER IS GLOSSY BLACK AND OTHER SIDE IS MATT BLACK? OR BLACK AND RED OR RED AND BLUE AND SO ON ...
LIKE GREY AND ORANGE? HABEER AND DURAK?
Stephen to me speed means nothing if you’re not accurate accuracy is everything to me I hope I know what I’m talking about I’m 62 and been shooting since I’ve been 12 years old
I hate that the string is so far to the left as with all there bows...hits almost every person that has one....limb pocket is weak....imho cam is better when string is centered in limbs....cam system is a fail. Very old tech....draws nice
Good review but you focus on cosmetics to much. I feel as though you are concerned that no one will purchase it based on looks but anyone in the market for a bow that expensive it most likely not going to be as concerned with looks. It looks pretty good anyways.
We actually had that debate at work today. Win and Win make their bows in varios colours matt, gloss, marble and 2tone. I have never sold the Matt, marble is very popular, two tone popular and gloss less so. Now my staff shot this bow robinhooded Two arrow, he says he likes the matt, so I say are you going to buy the bow, he thinks and says no it does not look hot enough.

in my humble opinion if someone shoots that well with a bow and doesn’t like it based on looks then their reason for buying a bow is less for performance and more for looking cool in front of their friends. I’m not saying that having a cool finish on your bow isn’t a plus but it shouldn’t be takin into consideration and should not be a deciding factor. Not that I’m a huge fan of elites, I have never owned one but that’s not because of the way they look. Most individuals spending that much money on a bow are probably more focused on performance VS cosmetics and if they are not than they probably have way to much money anyways lol
@@angusmoss3458 I must say I have always been a fan of anything in matt, I think Elite calls it Rhinodize, or something like that! Anyway I think the Echelon looks beautiful in that finish, I'd buy that finish on any bow over a gloss, but then I've always been a step out of tune with the rest of the world... in a good way!!! LOL!!!
At ibo it should be 313 fps
I think so
