I did my sauce in a 1100W microwave. Just microwave until the butter melts and the sauce starts to rise. Then push it into your bread. If you don’t have an air frier, just do it as you would do toast in an oven. It should be around 10min at about 180c (350F) if it isn’t golden brown, just put it in for a little longer. Don’t let anything hold you back. This is a delicious morning snack. Anytime, I suppose.

Ok call me weird! I learned how to make real Mexican bolillos to make molletes. Then I started to wonder if the left over bolillos could be used with your garlic toast recipe. Well they were really good. Then I wanted to make a meal out of them. Once the garlic bolillos were done, I sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on top of the garlic Bolillo and added some tomato slices. Popped it back into the oven for a few minutes and ended up with a Yum Yum dinner. So I’m a multicultural cook LOL

I had the same thought. Skip the sugar add salt and basil, surprisingly good. Never made garlic toast with sugar and mayonnaise. Usually only used cream, butter, Italian seasoning, and of coarse garlic. By the way, my last encounter with some Russian engineers they were going to school me in bbq. You can’t school a Texan in bbq, they admitted my bbq was so much better than their and bought me beer the rest of the trip. LOL GOOD TIMES

koreans like adding a lot of sugar to everything so you can just omit the sugar or add very little as a flavor enhancer

I would not use the sugar and I'd do it at 350 maybe 10 minutes or so, see how that works out.

What if you don’t have an air fryer? What temperature can you heat it with in the oven? Or do you have to fry the toast?
Oven for about 170 degrees for 10 mins or put it under the grill for few mins.
