- It's certainly not uncommon for a band to take multiple releases to truly find their sound and captivate an audience with a complete record... blink-182 and Underoath come to mind for example. But today, Matt & TJ are talking about the bands that released a debut record so influential and/or iconic they deserve to be on a list of the best debut albums of all time!

TBS changed so much with this one and truly blew teenage me out of the water of what is this and I remember the sticker at target saying “ for fans of Jimmy eat world “ and it sold me but I wouldn’t put them and Jimmy in the same realm lol

I kept it Emo and would add Matchbook Romance - West For Wishing, Cauterize - So Far From Real, Amber Pacific - Fading Days
