Nostalgia is a fine thing - Everyone lives through theirs and this one belonged to us. 1990 Crew where you at?.... Peace and love was the order of the day , the urgency to dance was the emotion that glued the ravers together, in an illegal warehouse ( Trust me, this one here is a proper warehouse burner ) with 3000 party people ready......and then this drops...... We were not ready.....nah man, this one invaded your body and triggered euphoria like never before....Absolutely love n tears on the dancefloor when this baby got played.. This was my time, my music, my true love.... forever and ever I thank you for giving me such wonderful memories.. xxx
Warehouse brain cell melter tuneage.... What a killer!! if u missed these times of dance back then, then yeah - you missed out BIGTIME..... Music today is pure wank compared to the monster epicness of tunes like this from back in the day.
Sound garden Manchester, 808 state DJing, dark dingy club, speed, sweat dripping off the ceiling (yuk) every time this came on shivers up my spine, what a track !!!!!!!!
Yes yes my homeboy (Chris E here). All time killer. Destroyed the place every time, along with 'Free-er than free'. What a time it was to be doing our thing.
Vinyl Solution were based in Notting Hill west london just down portobello road and they had a record shop in the basement specialising in House an Techno quite well known in the scene back in the day. I got my copy of this banger from there in late '90. This smashed many a dancefloor and even to this day it's one of the heaviest tracks in my record collection. Universe pre set from the Korg M1 as the intro-proper quality. 💯
lol.... And that's what I was thinking in 1990 when I was behind the counter at Black Market Records in Soho and the dj played this....The shop went absolutely radio rental mental shouting out "I'll have one of those mate" .... Never will I witness a musical era like that back in 87' 90' where if im honest 95% of tunes were rocking the house and an absolute must buy.... Happy Daaaaaaze :)
@@bobjackson6524 Thanks man, really appreciate it! I've been buying vinyl for almost 30yrs so just missed this era, love this early 90's sound though, mixture of techno, breaks, bleeps etc. Looking forward to your recommendations mate, big up 👊
