Can someone tell me, replacing Pashinyan will solve what exactly?

Nothing will be solved.the damage was done the moment the leader of Armenia cut ties with Russia. From what I understand Russia was the only thing keeping Azerbaijan from attacking and Taking the lands. Now the people understand that the west lied to them.
The question is will Azerbaijan attack again and conquer all of Armenia?

The winner of the war decides what to do with land. If Armenia wants it back they gotta fight for it.

the difference is the people demanding that land from armenia are already actively pursuing war over it; armenia either defends itself or lets itself get eaten up piece by piece
