I'm 51 years old and I LOVE this music!!! Saw these guys in Columbus, Ohio and they were awesome.Nick and the gang keep rockin' on.
It's really impressive that Jag can not only sing like that, but he was spot-on the entire song, didn't hit an off note.
Sweet zombie jesus he really sings like that.
I know this band is really pretty well known for post hardcore genre, but... so underrated.
The way that the screams and the instruments are so faded into the back makes me wander.
I really can't help it but I like this strange voice very much.
...and am I the only one who is envious of the singer about his hair? :D
its not dubbed over, listen carefully, whoever recorded plugged right into the soundboard, thats why it sounds so good.
At first I was thinking "ok, they edited the vocal line" but holy shit I'm wrong....
I so want to go to their shows...
I'm in fucking love with this band. The screaming, the hardcore riffs and breakdowns, the vocals.......EPIC!!!!!

There is a difference between Live and "Live" this is "Live". It may have been recorded live, but it's been edited.
His voice was autotuned in this. It may have been recorded live but that doesn't mean it's not edited. It's pretty easy to tell this is autotuned.

don't get me wrong people, i love ASD, but the jag vocal was redone, you can clearly see in 1:26. i am not diminishing the quality of his vocals.

That's what i'm wondering too. The later the video has been shot the worse it sounds to me, even with a decent recording camera. To make a final conclusion one needs to see them live obviously, but I don't think they are coming to my country for a long time though.
the only band that i know thats better than a skylit drive is bullet for my valentine... and not by much!

the drumer has good corination cuz he can do stick tricks, play with the main drums and play on the bass drum without missing a single note or beat

Anyone else confused when he refers to the song as the "self titled track" from their album? Wouldn't it just be the title track? Fail.......

Right in standup they really do sound like this live unbelievable I know but for real the dude is legit great band great vocals. What deal with it

This is edited without a doubt. They are very good live but they do not sound like this- nobody does. The screaming and his high notes are definitely altered. Post-production for the DVD. Every instance he goes from low notes to high notes or high notes to low notes you can hear the pitch get altered (auto-tune).

@DropkickTheDinosaur I have seen them live twice and both times he does not sound anywhere near as good here. This band is amazing, but alot of editing was done here.
It's definitely not autotuned either.
