im 19 and my body acne has came in full FORCE! i had 0 body acne before i turned 19 but my shoulders and chest are now covered, but i keep telling myself that these hormones are natural and i can take it step by step, love you always ava love these type of vlogs
I’m 32 and still get body acne and still get self conscious from the scarring from when I was a teen 😞 what’s really helped me is the neutrogena sal acid scrub, extracting (properly) blackheads, and the cosrx whitehead power liquid.

I get the acne struggle I keep having body acne and facial acne which I never really had much of in high school besides occasional breakouts. I also used to create timelines for myself as well and I’m trying my best to be realistic about what I can control and leaving it at that. I can’t wait to see your house and watch you continue to grow in so many ways ❤️🍰

When i was 23 i had my second puberty wave come through and had a face and body acne flare up. For me using benzoyl peroxide on my chest and back in the shower seemed to hel calm the redness and the severity of my acne. But over all i noticed that once i started wearing the tank tops, strapless and more airy clothes, my skin was clearing up because it could breathe. It was so hard to do at first cause i felt like EVERYONE was staring but it truly did help so much especially because i started to get less stressed about it which helped stop my stress acne. I now have such a different relationship with my breakouts and i just do what i can to let them heal because acne is normal

I have struggled SO much with body ache too, what’s really helped me a ton is getting a sulfur bar soap! If you just look it up it’s easy to find and has almost completely cleared my body acne 🥰 hope this helps

Body acne is something I struggle with too. I feel so insecure about it all the time especially with warm weather and tank tops coming around the corner. I recently put a filter on my shower and sink faucets and it has helped my skin so much! So has the bliss body acne spray. I hope you’re able to find something that works for you! ❤

I know you know it, but advice coming from a 29 yo that didn’t start skincare til 25. Keep it simple don’t give into the marketing and free things. The Yuka app is helpful. I love skincare now and never wear makeup either cause it just feels so nice to put things on my face that I know is not bad ingredients.

I 100% agree with you on living on your own before you live with a romantic partner. Even with another person in general. I've had a handful of roommates that were terribly unclean. Didn't contribute and were disrespectful towards my things. Also for your skin, what worked for me was cutting out dairy a significant amount and I don't use any extra products. Full scrub down a couple times a week and then some lighter washing during the rest of the week.

Hi ladies I just want to recommend murad for the body acne. Their acne face cleanser and they have an acne spray. It works wonders! Wash where the body acne is with the wash and spray a little bit of the spray once you’re out of the shower I only use it at night. I would recommend using the spray maybe every other day or even 3 days to start because it can be a bit drying but it works!! Also Ava make sure to use sunscreen when you have the spray on.

Getting a silicone body scrubber instead of a loofa helped my body acne so much. Still not totally cleared up but it helped a lot!
