Ugh I really feel what you said about guilt when you realize how hard Micah is working. I feel the exact same when I wake up and my hubby isn't there. Just remember that your work is important too, but *very different* from his. loveeee the longer videos !! also for thriller/mystery (not horror or super scary) i recommend The Silent Patient :) it’s such a fast read because you get hooked so fast and it has the same past/present type of situation as Love and Other Words

Totally unasked for advice buttttt I’ve been listening to podcasts on the menstrual cycle, and breaking out before your period is a sign of low progesterone (I believe but I could be wrong) but its and indicator of low or high hormone levels and keeping track of all this and then educating yourself on the cycle may help with the pms and acne!! I’m in yeh process of educating myself on it and eating and using my body differently depending on what cycle I’m in!!
i don’t read a lot of mysteries but my fav one is by this french author Michel Bussi, it’s black water lillies. it is soooo good and the plot twist is insane

I'm always the the one that want more frequent posts but since you have your routine longer video if you can please.
