From Sam... 1) by hiking stick do you mean tiller extension? It’s not adjustable on the water. It’s more that I believe the standard tiller extension length is slightly too long so I think if you cut it down a few centimetres it will be easier to handle. And yes, it is class legal! 2) You’re allowed to put elastic on any control lines to release them in an Aero, so yes - fully class legal!

@@RYA1875 where do I get those elastics for the control lines? also - did you buy a shorter tiller extension or you actually cut it down?
