    Kenseth coming in like a spider monkey is one of my favorite things ever

    Kenseth going after Brad looked like it was straight out of WWE. Camera guys never follow drivers through the haulers like that, and when they do they just so happen to perfectly catch an ambush.

    I can't believe this was 10 years ago... As a Gordon fan, this was a great year.

    As a Gordon fan, man I wish the new playoff system started a year later or Harvick had one more year left with RCR. It’s also unfair to experience 3 heartbreak races in a row in the round of 8 as a Gordon fan lol. But the 2014 was definitely one of my favorite seasons as a NASCAR fan! The Allmendinger Ambrose battle at Watkins Glen and Brad’s must win at Talladega were A+ races. If it wasn’t rain shortened, July Daytona could’ve been too

    That cut tire still haunts me. Oh man what could've been. Definitely should've been Jeff's year to win #5. I think I'll forever hate Brad for that day 😂

    For me the 2015 has the most CHAOTIC and CONTROVERSIAL season and chase.
    To be idea, the last 6 races of the chase has some controversy
    Kansas - Logano spun Kenseth
    Talladega - The one GWC attempt
    Martinsville - Well…we all know what happened
    Texas - I think is the most normal race of the Round of 8
    Phoenix - NASCAR decide to end the race under yellow due to rain (funfact: That race was the last win of Dale Jr. career in Cup)
    Homestead - Kyle Busch winning the championship is pretty undeserved by some fans

    Great video! But this definitely wasn’t the greatest generation of drivers. Dale Sr, Petty, Davey Allison, Martin,Waltrip was the greatest in my opinion.

    I’d argue Harvick was the dominant driver. The 4 car had the worst luck until the fall Charlotte race. Would lead half the race, then boom cut tire, boom broke chain, untimely yellow and so on. He led over 2,000 laps that year

    • @allabouthewaves4354
      @allabouthewaves4354 3 месяца назад

      He was dominant but he wasn’t the best driver all around.
      Jeff Gordon was clearly the best all around driver that year.

    "he's just a dip s*** Jeff Gordon 2014" honestly yes I do think 2014 is one of the most chaotic seasons of time in personally between 2014 and 2015 those were the years where started watching NASCAR videos on RUclips but I consider 2015 be my first year and guess what this is my 9th year of being a NASCAR fan and to be honest 2014 has so many cool looking cars
    And also this was the year the playoffs were introduced :/

      I feel bad for you man, you missed out on the GOLDEN ERA of nascar. 1995-2007ish was a WILD RIDE with some of the best drivers in history. The sport has been declining ever since, where most of us cant bare to watch it anymore.

      @john3_14-17 3 месяца назад +1

      Definitely not with the playoffs. 2003 would be a better choice since Matt Kenseth maintained the points lead for almost the whole season & won the cup a race early.

      @@chickentender4791 It's a lousy one, but I wouldn't call it the worst of all time. I'd say it's a three-way battle between Bill Rexford's 1950, Johnson's 2016 and Blaney last year.

      @@chickentender4791 Buck Baker missed 13 races in 1957.
      And even setting aside that, I definitely think getting 16 top tens in 25 races is better than 16 top tens in 36 races, which is what Johnson had. And I'll take a 12 top five season over Blaney's 8.

    NASCAR doesn’t care about the best drivers winning or showcasing their most talented drivers, they only care about chaos and drama. It’s like the WWE, and it’s why the sport is RAPIDLY declining, and the incompetent decisions keep piling up. It’s such a shame that fat delusional stooges at the top are ruining the sport we all grew to love.
