One day, I will likely look back on this video years from now and realize how much it inspired me. Elton John said he hadn't seen originality like this in music since Hendrix. I don't know about that, but what I do know is, these two are the real deal, they are an excellent influence for the music world, and it's great to see classical concerts finally getting the treatment they deserve... The rockstar treatment. If Beethoven were alive today, he'd be rocking out, and sadly, there'd be a thousand stupid RUclips comments about how he's crap, we don't get it, boring and familiar Artist X is so much better. This is the real deal, played to capture the essence of the song. They play slow classical the same way, not jumping around, but capturing the essence of the song. That's what real, versatile artists do. And real artists who push the envelope are always misunderstood and hated by the majority who just don't get it. The future is embracing the past. Classical music is intelligent passion, and metal grew out of it. Glad someone who realized that and embraces it has found mainstream success, it really is mind blowing, but gives me hope for the future of sound.

These two dudes have great skill. They can attack the basket and pass out to the wings. When they go up for a block, they don't foul the(shooter)cellos. They have a good shot percentage and have really good handles with the(ball)bow. I think they will make it to the (NBA) National Cello Association one day. Great Job Guys!!

The sound is more related to the tone not the tuning. They can’t change the tuning between the verse and chorus but they probably used a distortion pedal to give their cellos a more aggressive tone
I think this should be remixed with the help of Klayton (Celldweller), Endymion, Paul Elstak, and Scooter. Just imagine the sound that would create... Klayton for vocals (and maybe a couple backing riffs), Paul for his gabber kicks and editing, Scooter for backing vocals/keyboards/backing visuals on a music video, and the Endymion guys could finish it all into a mix of metal, dutch hardcore... and some breaks to really make it fun. I'm so high, I actually can picture what this would sound like lmfao.
