First Lawn Update

I'm doing a general walk through of our full yard, where it's at currently and where I'm going with it. I'll be talking grass, weeds, weed control, and renovation plans.
When we moved into this house recently, we walked through and have established some big plans for what we want to do. It's been neglected for a number of years and we're going to slow play this to get this property into awesome shape!
