I started a business around 4 years ago (product based), launched a product (surprising considering my thoughts and self talk) and then instead of growing the business I have been like a deer in the headlights and overthink every new product idea I have instead of taking action. Oh man, I can relate to this so much. I can overthink everything and I do often feel stuck. I love how you explained that the more you put off your idea the more that idea was knocking at you saying hello you need to do something with me. And it is true the more you try to ignore it the louder and louder it gets. In my case the anxiety really kick hard. Some times I can procrastinate for so long and then anxiety shows up and I will do anything to make that feelings go a way, so guess what I do the work and then feel relief. Those that mean that anxiety is my annoying boss?
