This will be my first year homeschooling a first grader, we completed TGB kindergarten curriculum this past school year and it went pretty well, so I'm excited about first grade, I also have a 4-year-old which i am homeschooling as well. we purchased a bundle before and love it, the unit studies are very nice and complete, can't wait to look for more unit studied for this year. we plan to focus on the human body, axolotls and snails this year. I am excited for science this year. We are currently almost done with a human body unit that has gone over so well! We are also doing Seasons Afield by Beautiful Feet Books starting in September and we are doing a Volcanologist Unit from Campfire Curriculums in the Spring. This is our first year really going full swing in Science and I know my kids are excited too! I have a 2, 6 and 7 year old.

Thanks for sharing Gina! The bundle looks so nice! I've purchased two in the past and while I haven't used most of the items, I have them for just in case. I'm very interested in the book studies to dive into the books and discuss them more. This year I'm excited to do family subjects. We're going to be learning about the 50 states and early American history. I have SO many books for them to learn and glean from. I can't wait! I also want to start the day and end the day with God. I know I need to, I just forget every morning when I wake up because it's go, go, go right from the start and all day! Maybe you could do a video on how you start it? How did you and your husband start? Do you wake up earlier for it? Do you get ready for the day before the kids are awake or not (though it probably looks different right now while you're in the RV!)? Or just leave a comment explaining how exactly you started. I would really appreciate that! ***I also shared this video with a friend on FB. This year I'm excited to do family subjects. We're going to be learning about the 50 states and early American history. I have SO many books for them to learn and glean from. I can't wait!
I also want to start the day and end the day with God. I know I need to, I just forget every morning when I wake up because it's go, go, go right from the start and all day! Maybe you could do a video on how you start it? How did you and your husband start? Do you wake up earlier for it? Do you get ready for the day before the kids are awake or not (though it probably looks different right now while you're in the RV!)? Or just leave a comment explaining how exactly you started. I would really appreciate that!
