A place you could get a lot of affordable decor is LTD Commodities! They have adorable decor and surprisingly a lot of Harry Potter items...or they have in the past anyways. Love the decor!

have you been to the harry potter studios in london??? you need to go, im being 120% serious. youll never want to leave. every single prop, costume, set piece is in there....including the actual school model where they did close up shots of. I cried being there because it was so magical. you could seriously spend 6 hours looking at all the stuff. this would be so special for you. it was one of the best days of my life
