Hasahyo shinobi wheel isn't that great it gives roughly 1 frag per 8-10 pulls and you need to recharge about 80k ingots to get him fully because 1 pull costs 100 ingots recharge.

I was getting 15-17 frags for 150-170 spins and thats right u need to RECHARGE not to spend, thats the point, getting ultra rare ninja as a bonus for toping up and you can use ingots on power. there is no better way than this

Hasahyo yeah but that is basically oasis saying fuck you to medium spenders and if you are able to recharge 80k ingots on a whim then you don't need this method to be honest. Also you need to recharge 20k each day for 4 days straight because the limit is 200 pulls per day and if you recharge 80k at once you will only get 200 pulls limit.
