I think theres a sensor like looking thing inside the dash you can cut and put the wires together on it to delete the shutting off. White mowers used to have the same stupid crap too, Hope this helps Ross !
That turned out pretty good. Less than 150.00 invested is always good. You have much better luck with putting the tubes in than I do, 😂😂😂. It seems to run really well. Thanks for sharing and I'll see you later.
Not bad if you get a year or two out of a freebie hey that beats buying a new one for what you’ve got in it you could not buy even the front tires and back tires off a new one nice work
have a question. I have a Cup Cadet CC 1023RD and the oil pressure light does not come on when I start. The charge light comes on, but the lubrication pressure light does not. I wanted to ask if it has a pressure sensor somewhere or not. Don't know why it doesn't light up? Thank you for answer.
You should always have a couple of 1/4" nuts and lock washers in your pocket when working on lawn equipment. Yean, keeping your deck clean is always a good idea as a dirty deck can cause your belt to fail. Getting the good part after another man has kicked it/her to the curb can be a good thing. One you can get fixed for $100 and the other you will pay much more. The engine of that beast might be junk because it had a Fram filter on it. If you are smart the only place to install a Fram filter is in your garbage can. Some of their filters are made out of used cardboard, and the filter material which is at least 1/3rd less than a good filter is not secured to the endplates of the filter can which can cause the oil to go under the filter media and back into the oil system unfiltered. Their quality control is abysmal. Stay away from them. You should adjust the valves on that beast as I can guarantee you that they are a little tight. But you might have a hydraulic valve lifter engine.
When that free stuff actually works out it sure makes you feel good.
Agree! Finally some success 🤣
Keep making these videos my feeble mind enjoys them😂😂😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
I like your sense of humor, making fun of yourself is really something I enjoyed. Thanks and have fun mowing!
Thanks 🤣
Gotta love it when free stuff gets the job done!
I agree tube should be installed at the factory
It would definitely be less frustrating for the owner.
Not bad for free.
It works good, just slower! Thanks Robert!
I don't suffer from low intelligence. I actually quite enjoy it.
If it’s low enough, you don’t even realize it’s a problem 🤪

I figured there was. I’ll have to look into it and figure out how to bypass it. Thanks!
Jokes were on point! Enjoyed the video
🤣 Thanks!
Sure is a fancy fuel filter bracket
Nice little mower at the perfect price. Nice addition Ross.
Thanks Larry!
Thanks for sharing.
Maintenance, key to longer life😊
Or prolonging it’s demise 🤣
Great little free mower
So far it’s earned its keep!
Ross, nice now you got a backup mower 👍 thanks Michael
Fencing pliers?🤣🤣🤣🥸
What a great mower!!! Congratulations getting it running and mowing like a new one!!
It does the job and it was free life can't get any better

Thanks Jonathan!
"Free" gets the job done again. Too bad you don't see a lot of free Olivers sitting along the road.
It turned out good.
Not a bad run for the freebie. Might not compare with a zero turn...but for the price, you've got a good spare to fall back on.
That’s what I think too. Thanks Don!
I mowed my yard too today buddy
Another entertaining video Ross. You seem to have gotten a great deal on that mower. You sure can't beat the price. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Keith!
A demonstration of “More Better” looks like you are ready to mow some grass.
First thing I do with those oil drain spouts is replace them with a 3/8 pipe nipple 6-8” long and a cap.
Delta tire in Quincy Illinois has tire machines for the little lawnmower tires so i cheat and have them do the tire fixing for around $20
Not bad if you get a year or two out of a freebie hey that beats buying a new one for what you’ve got in it you could not buy even the front tires and back tires off a new one nice work
Yeah, I’m not opposed to spending $100 a year on something if it gets the job done
Obviously both! :)
Of course 🤣
I like free stuff.
All those safety devices are a pain
My club cadet lt1050 is knocking in the deck. Sound like blades are contacting it somehow. Need to soon remedy that😊
Out of curiosity do you own a pressure washer?😊
A small electric one. I need to get a better one.
Just remember, you get what you pay for. 😊
🤣
"a little bit cockeyed".. LMAO..😅😅😅

All that service work and never a drop of grease Ross? Sharpen the blades and fix the deck and you got something.
👍👍👍👍👍
Once I got a zero turn I never wanted to go back to a tractor.
Agree. You don’t realize how much time you waste turning.
@@rosstheoliverman you circle back around almost as much as Psaki
👏👏👏👏👏👏

Nice backup mower. The cock-eyed comment at the end 😂. What kind of zero turn do you have?
I’ll give you $250. For it but you have to deliver. 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
I do suffer from low intelligence. 😊
🤣🤣🤣
Sell it
