Have you never had a legal dispute before over property many people going through divorces and shit understand the whole, having to live in the house then cause that’s just standard practice when dividing a house you don’t leave because especially if there’s any sort of animosity between you and the other person because there’s so much shit that person can do to screw you over if you leave that house without your legal paperwork in first
