It's batch script. "@echo off" means to let the cmd prompt to shut up. The "color F" will change the text color. However, in this situation it does nothing as "F" is a hex code of white that is the same as default. The "pause" means to pause the cmd prompt. Otherwise, the program itself will automatically shutdown or go to the next line.
