Amazing video! Heading into our 4th Haven trip in June and cannot imagine travelling any other way on a cruise! You are right - it's the people and the service that make it so special - and, of course....that H4 tub. I work an extra shift every month just to pay for this luxury and it's worth every penny to be treated like royalty for an entire week. Thanks for giving me a huge smile!
We're in the Haven Suites onboard the BLISS on it's inaugural cruise April 21, 2018. I'm assuming it will be the same. We're looking forward to our first Haven experience.

Thinking of upgrading due to the upgarde advantage program. How is the The Haven Forward-Facing Penthouse with Balcony (H7)? How's the view? Please advise. Thanks.
Nice job on the video. I will be sailing on the NCL Getaway in a Haven Spa Suite in November 2019 for a thanksgiving cruise with my wife. I have a couple of questions: 1) Are the drinks complementary in the Haven Bar if you don't have a drink package? 2) I have sailed with Celebrity in a Celebrity Suite so I had a butler. She was ok. Anything you suggest I use my butler for that will really enhance my trip. 3) I have read and been told that the Haven Pool/hot tub has to many kids running around. This is due to the two bedroom suites. How did you find it? 4) Any hints on getting free Vibe Beach Club passes. I figure if the kids are running around the Haven pool, my wife and I can go to the VIbe 18 and above area. I just don't want to spend the fee after paying the premium for the Haven. Thoughts? 5) Please tell me your very favorite specialty restaurant. On the Celebrity Equinox, the specialty restaurants were awful. I know it was a lot of questions but I bet other folks will learn from your answers as well. Thank you.
