- Join Danny as he takes you on a tour through the Haven Complex aboard the beautiful Norwegian Getaway. The Haven is NCL's "ship within a ship" concept where you can take advantage of boutique luxury but without sacrificing the excitement and entertainment of a mega ship!
Within the complex itself you have the Haven Restaurant, Haven Bar, Courtyard Pool, Sundeck, Spa, and even a Sauna to take advantage of. Many of the Haven Suites aboard the Getaway are located within the complex, which provides a much more private experience than some other suite options.
Speaking of suite options, Danny has chosen his five favorite Haven suites and included them in this tour. The Courtyard Penthouse is the lead in category, and is a great option for a couple looking to make the jump up to the Haven experience. Next is the 2 Bedroom Family Villa, which is a best seller here at Harr Travel! The added benefit of the second bedroom and the easy Haven access is a slam dunk with our customers. Next you have the two different Owner's Suite categories that sit at the very front of the ship with amazing views! Last but not least you have Danny's favorite room, the Aft-Facing Penthouse. These have the best views, however they are not located within the Haven complex. This means that you will have to walk to the front of the ship, and possibly up some stairs to reach the Haven complex. (check additional details below)

Located in the aft corners of decks 9-14, these penthouse suites offer unforgettable views with floor to ceiling windows and extra large balconies. Featuring a king size bed, luxury bath with bathtub and separate shower, living area with double sofa bed, dining area and guest half bathroom. Although these staterooms are not inside the Haven Complex like some of the others on this list, Danny still believes that the views make up for it!

We are going on the Haven (Getaway) in December and cannot wait. It will be our first time on Norwegian. We watched 2 Haven videos before yours and yours is definitely the best. We like the detail, and your enthusiasm has us very excited. We have a clearer view of the Haven. Keep the videos coming.

We are on this ship (Haven 2bed/bath) in 3 weeks, have done the Escape i the past. Wish as part of the reno, they did an actual door to the master bath vs a curtain. But still very excited to be cruising again!! Love your videos, will be booking our next cruise with you.

I’ve paid $9-$15K for a family villa for up to 6 people, off-peak and peak fares, on the Getaway(before the major renovation), Escape and Breakaway, and its worth every cent. There is no better way to cruise, and to my knowledge there is no other cruise line that offers such amenities and privacy as NCL does in the Haven. It’s really the finest way to cruise. The service is fantastic!

Your tours are amazing. You do a phenomenal job. May I ask, when cruising resumes, that you do tours of accessible cabins. My mobility challenged mom is moving in with us. We are planning several cruises that have boutique experiences to accommodate my mom - a cruise enthusiast (stroke survivor) and my son (Autistic). I’ve been viewing RUclips tours and they are lacking. Your accessible tours would be an exceptional addition for those in need of those accommodations.
We will do our best. We only get access to cabins that they provide us with, so unfortunately that doesn't usually include accessible cabins.

Does the Getaway haven area have a retractable roof for sailing out of locations that are cold
So they don’t have outdoor dining in the haven restaurant like the escape or joy? How about any hot tubs in the sun deck?

They are all very different, Danny and Taylor love that Aft-Penthouse but you have to be okay with walking a bit. Reach out to us and we can use your input to recommend the best suite for you!
What complimentary drink is available for the guest in the Haven lounge ?
They have a coffee machine, and then the same coffee, tea, juice and the basics. Every Haven guest gets the unlimited beverage package...though you do pay $20 per person per day in gratuities.

on what floor is the Haven entry?
On getaway I believe you have 17/18 entries, could be 16/17 but you always have multiple levels for entry.
@@HarrTravel Can you enter the Haven from deck 15? At 0:40 you say you can access the the spa through the private stairwell to deck 15, but no mention if you can get access to the public parts of the ship there. Since many of the haven’s cabins are in deck 15, it would make sense, but it isn’t clear on the deck plan.

That depends on the cruise and your budget, but unfortunately they don't have solo cabins with Haven amenities.

Your presentation is good but when you repeat all the features on each suite when all the haven suites features the same as well as other repetitive comments, then I start to lose interest. But the haven suites are worth saving for.
We always have complaints about not including the rooms, since they are also filmed as stand alone videos all of the features have to be listed. If we had 10 hours on the ship we could differentiate a bit more but we only have about an hour in the Haven before guests arrive.

Absolutely not. We will sail when it is deemed safe to do so. These videos are educational in nature and are meant to show an in depth tour of cruise ship spaces. We choose to dream and plan for the future right now and the feedback has been overwhelming that we should continue to do so.

Travelling with Bruce RUclips videos are averaging 17 thousand views because he's just reporting updates and you guys are acting as if there's nothing going on with the Cruise industry.

The guy pre-recorded a 40 minute walkthrough before there were issues. He's also been doing live stream video calls talking about what's going on in the cruise world. If that's not enough for you, people are booking cruises for next year and want to know about the ships before they book regardless of what's going on now. What's your problem?

there are a lot of other cruise channels out there and they're not doing this they are only talking about what the issues are not promoting these different ships, who knows we'll ever be sailing again.
