This is the best sermon on Luke 15 I have ever heard. Thank you Pastor Gary, I listen to all your sermons. Blessings on you and your family from North Carolina
I was ‘confirmed’ in the Church of England in 1976 at the age of 14… I was eventually SAVED in 2013 at the age of 51 after receiving a healing miracle…. NO ONE can ever convince me that Yahweh and the healing stripes of Yeshua is a fairy tale… I pray unceasingly for my lost friends and family members… 🙏🏼
We had a child like the prodigal, we did all we could do , I mean everything. But God spoke to my Spirit and said, when she comes to herself she’ll come home. It happened and is now in the ministry with us. PTL
This is a message for me. I have a 24 year old, raised in church and I remember the day she asked God into her life at age 5. However her daddy passed away when she was 12. She won't step foot in a church now. I believe she will return to God. I love this sermon.
That was one of the best explanations of Luke's chapter on the 3 lost parables. It is exactly what a friend needs to hear about a prodigal and a comfort and awesome prayer. Thank you Pastor Gary. I was so lost & by the Grace of God hit a "gentle" but extremely painful bottom. He does love us, forgives us, holds us & there's nothing like it. Be found today and help your friends that are lost. 🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑
Thank you, Pastor Gary for this clear teaching about these three parables. I have never heard it taught this way before. I am a saved Christian mom, grandmother, and friend. This for 45 years now. Your teaching today has helped me more than any ever before understand how to reach the lost souls around me. I am sharing it with other Christians like me who can use this same encouragement. Also for those who can benefit from it too. God bless you Pastor Gary, abundantly for all your clear, insightful lessons every time I hear you teach. "Watch, stand firm in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that you do be done with love." 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
Thank you, Pastor Gary. My question has been answered about what to do. I pray all the time for my prodigal and say thank You, Lord thank You, Holy Spirit and thank You, Father God. Amen and Amen
Thank you for the clear understanding on how to handle our prodigals. My oldest daughter is so lost and hardened. I pray for God to soften her heart with whatever “gentle” crisis may come her way and that she turn to Jesus!!!
Thank you!! That was SO helpful! My heart aches for loved ones who don't know the Lord yet and this helps a lot to know how to pray for them and how to witness to them!
A Great sermon ! PTL and bless Ps Gary Hamrick and Cornerstone. Ps G. Hamrick answered the Qn I have: why 2 sons raised under the same values and environment turned out to hv very different outcome. Short answer : freewill and sin nature!
Wonderful message and explanation of the parables, thank you Father, and God bless you Gary. I have 2 nieces and a nephew who are prodigals, and my heart aches for them. That's great wisdom about how to pray. Thank you so much.
Thank you Pastor Gary. I hv been listening to your RUclips video and I hope you will continue to upload ur teachings. I find ur teaching very helpful and also fun, sprinkling of humor is good for serious stuff such as Bible study. God bless you.
Thank you Pst Hamrick for your anointed teaching. It is horribly heart reaching to watch your son drift away from the Lord, pray for him to turn back, only for him to commit suicide. I am consumed with grief, doubt, confusion, anguish, guilt and regrets....
Looking for a sermon on Luke 15 to better understand it's meaning. So glad I found your sermon. Really well presented. Thanks to your church for posting this online. Not sure if you realize the broad impact it has well beyond your church walls because you have done that.
Easier said than done when someone has never experienced the child who has turned away and is lost. Neglecting everything their parents taught and sacrificed for them. That's why some parents with children who are LBGT are now soft on the lifestyle and embracing it for fear of loosing the love of the child. That's how it has crept into the church, especially when it affects the leadership. Children who go off to college and return home resenting their parents after being brain washed by eloquent, convincing atheist professors and the cancel culture crowd. I know so many parents who are now beginning to regret silently they ever had children because of how they've changed. Social Media being another culprit. Tattoos all over their bodies. Piercings in tongues, noses, belly buttons etc. Shacking up with no intention of getting married. I could go on and on. Reminding me of the sin cycles in the book of Judges. I've not given up on prayer, but who wants to be sitting by the phone wondering if the next call will be from Jail, the hospital, or the child.
Quick question - How do you determine if someone is a sheep, coin or prodigal? For example -Someone I know does not believe in God. We have a relationship with this person and this person is very much part of our lives. Another person I know believes there is a God but has NO desire to have a personal relationship with him, does not want to go to church, etc. Do these individuals fall under being a sheep or a coin?
I’m binge watching all the sermons. You don’t know how happy I am to have found this and to hear the word. Thank you.
Excellent message. Thank you for the prayer for the prodigals. ❤❤

powerful teaching and a real help for us to better reach others
This is one of the most important lessons. You can't badger people into coming to Christ. You can preach the gospel but that's all.
❤ thank you , I see myself in all of them at different points in my life . Thankfully, I am saved and may i never stray again Thank you Jesus .... ❤
I'm glad I clicked on this video. I got to learn about the cultural significance of some of these words.
Thank you, Pastor Gary. My question has been answered about what to do. I pray all the time for my prodigal and say thank You, Lord thank You, Holy Spirit and thank You, Father God. Amen and Amen

Does Pastor Gary Hamrick have a church in Dallas that he can recommend that has the same similar knowledge and style of teaching as himself?
IDK where Chuck Swindoll's church is, but he is great at scripture teaching. He's older and may be near retirement.
Did he skip over Chapter 14?? That's the one I have the most questions on...
I couldn't find the video on Luke 14...
