How to fix Micra K11 Radio Antenna

In this video I show you how to change the radio antenna for aт old micra k11.

Is it not possible to gain entry to the aerial base if the aerial is fitted at the rear by just dropping the back section without removing the whole lining.
Not sure if your showing the whole removal process because I know that some K11's the aerial mount is at the front.

I need to replace mine. Is it nessary to remove the whole roof liner for the rear antenna? I would like to have a flat modern type replacement instead of the traditional long one, can you recommend a new one. Many thanks
