Nice to see more males in aged care. I am a male RN who has worked in this sector for 20 years. My main concern is tha lack of funding which makes it so much harder to attract and retain quality staff in the aged care industry. It also makes it difficult for organisations to adequately equip and maintain their facilities.

@robinkhaira1 which is i think good enough, for another person to clean n dress n feed a person every day. u think when residents families are not willing to look after their older anymore then these carers step in do that job for them, but even some of the family members are cold blooded selfish jerks. they never appreciate what are the carers doing for them, they just like to complaint for every thing. bottom line is carers do a wonderful for but, they need to be appreciated for their job.

may be the place u work isn't good enough. one thing to keep in mind that everybody is working for money, nobody is working there just because they like to clean poo n wee, yes everyone is working for money but their "job" is to care. if a carer isnt always very polite or smiling all the time, it dosent mean that they are not caring. they might be not be a good social person, but they do clean the "stuff" ( i dont need to explain if u are carer) they feed them, dress them everyday.

this nurse is very good, but at 3:00 he realllllllllllllly needs to bend down on the ground to be at eye level with that lady its probably one of the worst mistakes because thhe whole time she will be thinking something like "oh my neck hurts so much looking up at this man" and he is showing power levels because he is male and also because he's above her, physically. Not good!!
