RJ, you don't have to select the 3 account set up. If you scroll down on the offer page, you can select the spend account only and that will only open a checking account.
Yes thats the package that you choose, exactly you dont have to do the whole package deal,, they have the one by itself as well,, Spend...I have PNC,, I like the 3 accts for me,, I am not crazy about the bank tho.. def need a overhaul and update,, its old,, app isnt intuitive,, always down for maintenance,, doesnt have the early 2 day advance.. and cant change ur limits on debit card like Wells Fargo
I did this one a few years ago: Virtual wallet for $300. They paid out within 3 statement cycles. I kept it open for about a year. I actually used it for awhile, but closed it because their external bank transfers took forever to process, usually 3-4 business days 🤨
Hey RJ and everybody, according to the link, "Offer is contingent on product availability and may vary based on where you open your account and the Zip code of your primary address."
The offer was $2000 dd for $200 bonus for my zip code @ 52340 here in Iowa. Still not bad. Usually PNC doesn't extend accounts to this area. Happy hunting 🍻
That parade in A2 is at four tomorrow (Saturday) for Michigan football. Maybe a few that straggle over your way. Though I think your remote for the cheese-head state company these days so two less times to go outdoors. At least today you look five degrees warmer and less snow and more rain. With all those big dollar notes getting from the job and bank bonuses are you hiring someone to snow blow your place?
Yeah I've held onto my checking account while I'm speed running through credit card now than I'm gonna shoot my shot on a business checking account. Don't know how RJ was able to churn.
good to know on 2 levels. I done the Flagstar biz a little over a year ago. Their language seems to say one bonus only per lifetime. Oh well it was a sweet $500. On to PNC personal.@@RunonTheBank
I think you can get one but most are in these silly account packages. I think its so they can call it three sales in one. You don't want a regular account here, worst UI I've ever used by far
Virtual Wallet it seems, kind of annoying they do have a $5 non avoidable monthly fee checking account like BofA does. The virtual wallet combines checking and savings odd that you are forced to opt for both.
No to all of the above. Doesn't mean it won't work tho. You'd have to hunt around for data points or use Wise. Try doctor of credit comments ruclips.net/video/HnWCXIWBGXI/видео.html
PNC Bank is thw worst at nickel and diming on the terms. I had a business checking bonus that did not payout last year and their client relations folks that handle CFPB complaints just do not care.
I agree. I don't have faith that my business account wont end with a complaint. Last time I did these, they paid out much quicker. On another note, Ameriprise paid out yesterday.

Ah, my mistake. In the past they've had the offer tied to the account package. That would be a better choice.

@@Sexcmo78how do I increase my limit then using the debit card ?

I just had the same problem did a transfer on Tuesday and money got to Chase Saturday!
I want to try once more to get the cash rewards card now that I have a checking account. We'll see!
@@RunonTheBank - i bet you'll get approved now that you bank with them.

Interesting, didn't know they were testing other offers now that it's nationwide. Thanks for the heads up
Thanks for the info + video!
The website now say this offer is good through 4/30/24.
Thanks, I'll update the blog post

It's too cold for all that. My barber said he was going to go tho. And no chance, I do it myself with a shovel for the exercise. It was heavy...

Hmm, didn't know they blocked folks. With the 2 year cool down in place
@@RunonTheBank Maybe not for personal checking. Going by DOC comments threads they scrutinize business account applications.
@@djpuplex Hmm, maybe that's why I didn't get paid on my 2nd biz account
I thought I had 5 months left to wait for this. Now its 17, hate the 2 year churn accounts
Tell me about it. I just got back into this and US Bank this year
EWS sensitive. Denied due to information on consumer report.
Sorry to hear it, weird because they let me in
what does EWS sensitive mean?
Does anyone know for sure when they start charging fees? Is it a few months? The $5k balance is annoying on this one
Usually get 2-3 months. Can also call and usually get the first fee refunded
does fidelity cash management transfer fund work as DD?
Does it?

Deal with It 😂😅👍
At least one person finds these comments amusing lol
i have all my cash tied up in chase for 90 days, you think this will be around later this year?
This is the standard PNC offer so I imagine it'll get extended.
Based RJ
I just received a Biz checking bonus about a month ago. Does that mean I can't get a personal checking bonus?
🤔 Hmm good question. My guess would be they are separate accounts and you could probably hit em Both!! 😉😉 If you catch my Drift. 😉🤭😂
Yes. I'm doing both myself. Business and personal are separate products. I've only lost out on that once with Flagstar

Is ACH transfer, zelle, or venmo considered direct deposit? If not how can I do a direct deposit without involving my employer

This bank is horrible. Bonus takes forever to post, transfers are slow and zelle limits suck. Can’t wait to get rid of them once I get my money.
Worst UI I've ever used
