This team is hard working we need this physical coach in the first team .And I love the intensity from both sides Leeds are very good at putting the opponents under pressure 10:04
The 18s put in crosses from the right and actually score goals. Not just inverted wingers both sides cutting in and wasting opportunities rather than cross/pass.
Very poor editing at 5:04 on the second goal and then at 5:38 for the third. Both goals are cut out of the edit and only shown as replays. One might have been excused, but two? I appreciate this isn’t ’Match of the Day’ but any editor could do better than that.
they should play whichever the youth coach deems fit. the academy players cannot be restricted to only one system. in fact they should be exposed to different systems throughout their youths as it will help them understand the game more. even amorim said this during his 20min interview with gary neville.
They may well be instructed to play that system. The head coach can make that decision and plenty at different clubs have been known to do so. The academy is there to prepare players for the first team and player development is more important than results.
@ As part of their development they need to be aware of all the different types of tactics and strategies and practice them as they are being coached during training. However as you say they are being prepared to play in first team and results don’t matter as much so they should be playing the Amorim style as soon as possible so that they are prepared for the first team and Amorim can access which position they play best in.
Amorim said the youth team are free to play different systems because the players need to learn football. Don't think you know more than the big man himself..
What bizarre editing! For the second and third goals we only saw the players' celebrations, followed by so-called "replays" of goals which were not shown in real time! If United can afford to have two guys in the commentary box for an Under-18 match, they might at least employ a video editor who knows what he's doing - quite shocking work!
@@Yapper-wk7gjit’s normal for some academy players to have injury issues. Their bodies are growing and they’re under intense training. He’ll break through when his bodies ready he has all the ability necessary 👌
@@AMADISFREEFROMTENHARAM yea I really hope he does. I was just saying cause this is his 3rd or 4th this year and they keep him out for a while, he’s played like 5 games in the last 8 months
Who needs to watch the first team
The youth teams are everything we hope the senior team to be

The video editor is also u18 there's room for improvement though 😂😅
I agree. Shocking!
Shouldn’t they be playing in a 3:4:2:1 formation in line with Amorim’s tactics?
