You're onto something with the golden blood; Ichor is the blood of the gods in Greek mythology, and ICHOR is an acronym describing the genetic augments in the MANTIS soldiers
Oh, while there are some characters up for debate of who they resemble, some seem to be rather clear to me already. The last silhouette of the preview as an example totally has (adult) Griseo's hair and even hair ornament. The second to last has a striking resemblance with Fu Hua's latest phoenix battle suit. The three 'fates' - while not exactly similar in design - are most likely multiple personalities of Vill-V (and their braids looks somewhat similar as well) - with Su being obvious and the 'pink haired girl' on the tree being basically 1:1 the character model of Sakura's younger sister Rin, which has quite a relevant relation to Sakura's lore. So Sakura looking like her sister when she was younger doesn't really feel like too much of a stretch. Aponia/Eden - Kosma - and the rest are less obvious imho. But I would argue that we at least have half of them as clear resemblances already, what makes puzzling out the rest a bit more reasonable. EDIT: By the way... pretty sure they translated that 'golden blood' with Ichor in the JP video as well, so there's not too much left unsaid here either. :)

Anaxa resembles Su, they have the swme hair color (might look difrent due to lightning but its pretty much grey), almost the same eye color, both are associated with plants and both are scholars, i also heard Anaxas symbol on his hand resembles Su too

Fifth is Kalpas I know some think is Kosma but kosma is a shy boy who wants to be a hero while this character is brash and clearly in the front. It would also tickle Hoyo to FINALLY reveal what Kalpas looks like and for us to not realize it till later. Also his pose with the lion thing looks a LOT like some of Kalpas's moves. Sixth is Pardo our lovely Cat girl here to steal our hearts again. Seventh I am a little unsure but the Butterfly motif makes me think Aponia she was also connected to the underworld in the trailer which is a lot like what Aponia was doing in the ER so I am leaning towards this being Aponia. The Purple is also another link as Aponia has a soft blue close to purple coloring on the wings so it might be a hint towards her being a bit darker like the color. Eighth is Kevin no question the Hero of Legends himself and by george I am PULLING FOR HIM. Ninth I am leaning towards Mobius kind of hard to tell but she seems to have something that suggests a skeleton like design on her which leans towards the immortality issue Mobius had. Tenth is Fu Hua but I am thinking it might be Senti. Fu Hua is one of my favorites so I recognize that outline which looks like her Phoenix suit but the pose seems to be Senti if I am completely honest. Which when Senti came out they made a trailer where "Fu Hua" was attacking everyone and so I am wondering if they are going that direction. Eleventh is who I think is Kosma. It shows fairly clearly the person is armored wearing a mask and so on with a flame so I get why people think that is Kalpas but the pose seems more something Kosma would do. Also as I said before Kosma is shy while looking at heroes and if you noticed it seemed like the flame is kind of holding back the dark. Kosma had issues with his Honkai beast abilities with them consuming him so I think that is what is partially being shown here. Twelveth is Griseo you can see Stars in her Hair and Griseo is heavily linked towards stars and its on the same side griseo wears a hair piece in for all of her ages. And the cute little hat is something she would wear.
If Hoyoverse is based on Greek mythology to create Cyrene, she will have: Element: Ice Weapon: Bow Path: Hunt Because in the description, Cyrene is a female hunter like Artemis who use bow as main weapon If the sun represents the fire element, the moon represents the ice element
