Found this series during Covid-19. Looooove it!!! Hope it continues!!! 🙏 Really like the giant embroidery hoop sculpture created above the fireplace!!! Also the plumbers piping for the dining table and curtain rods. I would want to paint them black. The stenciling on the table was a great way to elevate the look from functional to pretty!!! Thank you Monica and Lowes!!!!!!! Monica I love the simple touches you come up with that are inexpensive yet add texture, color & pizzazz to spaces -- like the hoops here and spray painting books but leaving them functional to read in your reading nook. Rating you and this series: 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Monika, out of all the Lowes designers, I keep coming back to watch YOUR videos, you are the best. I am wondering, do ANY of your videos have a kitchen island you can build on a very low budget? I mean without saws and special equipment? I would buy precut boards and I can screw it all together, but i can't afford to go out and buy a saw. Being older and disabled I can't really do huge projects. I am sure Many many people are in the same dilemma, please Monika can you show us how to build a kitchen island from precut boards and maybe a small pantry. I want a nice kitchen too
I stumbled across this series and was watching newer seasons first. Then I watched this episode.... which is less than half the running time of newer ones. Definitely like the longer shows better. This felt like a preview more than an actual full episode, but I guess they wanted to see if people liked them before investing a lot into the production time.

Because it's a commercial serie. Their target public is people who wants to renovate their home so they have to show right at the beginning what you can achieve if you watch the serie and buy the tools at Lowe's. Then, the rest of the video is only here to show what product they used. It's not an entertainment show with placement products like Extreme House Makeover or whatever, it's an add, design like an entertainment show. Which is not bad per se, it's useful and more attractive than any catalog or basic advertisement you see on tv. You just have to be aware of what you're watching I guess.

I liked everything they did there. BUT, I was surprised that they did not find another option for the ceiling dome lighting. Those domes just remain a disappointment.

How do you completely close the curtains though past the sections of pipe that are threaded to a flange?
Josi L one solution is to separate the curtain panels so they don't have to go across the flange. Thanks for watching.
