When I did my gears, I put grease on the gears.

Maybe I'll add a small bit of light grease next time I open up the gear cover. Thanks for the suggestion. 👍

You mention you install a 17 tooth for you pinion gear. How was it when you ran it ? Would you recommend it?

    • @screamingdemonscrew

I put a 17 tooth pinion on because I've added alot of aluminum weight and figured the bike could use the extra torque for starting out and coming out of corners. It seamed to help the slight cogging the motor was doing while acceleration also. I would recommend it,especially if you run offroad and were not using all the top speed the bike had with the stock 20 tooth pinion.

@@screamingdemonscrew thank you for taking the time to reply back. I’ve watch your Losi Vitavon build video probably 20 time ma because it helps me build a Moto MX for scratch.

Wow what an amazing bike! I'd love to know if you feel a decrease in performance with the heavy gears? I def understand it's more durable for sure.

Thanks.. I'm sure it will have a bit less power with added weight, but I also dropped down 3 Teeth on the pinion. That should help compensate for the weight added. Subscribe to the channel so ya don't miss any of the videos coming up. I'll be covering all that and more. Thanks for watching. 👍👊

Do you mean what channel does the brake servo plug into? It's marked "BRAKE" on the receiver. Let me know if that doesn't answer your question. 👍

You should have steering, throttle, flywheel, auxiliary and brake plugged into the RX... maybe your brake servo wire is unplugged and in the chassis somewhere..
