@Shreddylife I have a couple leaf blowers and lots of rakes. Lol. We just had a big storm and lots of large branches and debre to clean up before I use the track.

My Bearings are not loose in the hub,but do come out without hard pressing them out.. Yes my wheels are Gold, not Rose gold.. maybe contact Vitavon, not sure if they even offer rose gold. Maybe they are Titanium color??

Use any open channel or the Battery channel.

I have 2 quads.. one is made from a Traxxas Slash 2wd the other is made from a Duratrax Evader 2wd stadium truck.

@screamingdemonscrew how do you make the bodies for the quad? I guess you could take a few parts from a losi promoto like the guy, seat, handle bars etc but im kinda lost on how to make the quad body. I have a vxl 2wd lcg slash thats been threw a few different styles, drag car, of road drag truck, and recently got a losi mx and the thought of a quad and a bike would be sweet! I love both of your quads! Super cool!

@Wreckedekcoupe I used Venom VMX450 dirtbike bodies I had and a rider. I have 3 of those Venom bikes and lots of parts. You could use the Losi promoto rider and body panels, but would have to make a frame to screw them all onto. The Venom bike is a one piece body. It was easy to work with. The rear fenders and front nose piece are made from a plastic juice jug. I'll try to shoot a shop video soon with both of my quads and give a good look at them and talk about how they are built.. thanks for supporting the channel and Subscribeing. Much appreciated..👍👊

Yes, Vitavon parts and Bearings are a great fit. I can't think of a bearing that has been too loose or fallen out. More Vitavon upgrades and videos for the promoto coming very soon. 👍👊😎

Ya, that is probably from not enough black grease on the shaft and bushing,too dry. Could have been from dirt and dust in the seal. Are the forks dragging ,slow to return to neutral position? If so, you may have to replace the shaft or could possibly wet sand the shaft with fine sand paper or emery cloth. Till smooth.

Thanks alot, I'm glad you enjoyed the video. The white bike is actually silver,but the sun reflexes and makes it look white. The bike is heavily modified with almost all Vitavon upgrades...more coming soon.. 😁 But I think why it cuts and carves corners so when is the forks are dropped 10mm. Putting more weight on the front end.. It's a mod I am making a video for soon, it's already shot. Just have to edit. Also I've learned a good technique, Break check,setup for the corner, then hard on the gas.. kinda how I ride my real dirtbike. Lol. Hope that helps ya.. 👍👊

Yes, the shocks are heavier than stock but are worth the weight added for the improved suspension, durability and adjustability. Glad you liked the video and got good info from it. 👍

Ya, agreed. The extra weight is great for traction and handling when the terrain gets choppy. I'll be getting the new 11t sprocket soon. Also going to upgrade my esc to a Castle 100amp. Funk has already done that upgrade and it works great..

@@screamingdemonscrew Motor change too or just ESC. I have opened the side vents and fitted a 25mm 32K alloy surpass fan on mine. Stock ESC seems to have plenty of headroom left with good cells not the Spektrum shite ones though 🤣

@@gboulter Funk ran a castle 8th scale motor and esc, but switched back to the stock motor I believe for weight savings..join the SDRC Facebook group if you want to follow all the upgrade we've done. I am eyeing on the 11T/35T gearing set up. I would like to see a speed pass using this set up in comparison with the stock.

@@jguillermoii I'm waiting for a chance to get a speed reading on mine tarmac tyres back on with the 11 drive sprocket and 22T pinion just received a GPS unit. I know this is faster than 11/35 theoretically 21% increase in speed. I don't know why more people don't play with pinion size like other RCs rather than concentrating on changing sprockets. Real bike don't change gear by swapping sprockets when driving.

It is bigger than the promoto...Promoto are 1/4 scale. Funks custom bike is a 1/3 scale.. it's a monster! Lol.

Can't remember the cost of it all.. check the Vitavon ebay store for prices.

Very cool. This is a definite one of a kind, almost all the parts besides the forks,shock,wheels/tires and electronics were made in Funks at home machine shop.

Do you mean what channel does the brake servo plug into? It's marked "BRAKE" on the receiver. Let me know if that doesn't answer your question. 👍

You should have steering,throttle,flywheel,auxiliary and brake plugged into the RX... maybe your brake servo wire is unplugged and in the chassis somewhere..

Ya, I'll probably go with 50w. after the summer..the spring preload collars are backed off all the way,so are the res adjusters. I shot a slow motion bash video to test the shocks,that will be uploaded in a few days..👊👍

Make sure your radio batteries are good. Also charge the trucks battery a couple times and use it, that should cycle the battery and get it charging fully. Hope that helps.

Same as stock promoto wheels.

The losi Promoto comes from the factory with 500k. Silicone fluid to act as a steering dampener. All promoto bikes are supposed to have fluid in the neck. It's a pain to fill,but definitely worm the time and effort.
