It looks like a great product. Few questions,
    1) what is the insulation value ? Does it transfer heat same as the hollow block wall?
    2) I see how you tie it to the panel next to it, but what vertically is keeping the wall from falling over? You have the pin at the bottom but all the panels connected will those pins keep the wall from leaning?
    3) is this available throughout the Philippines? Seems some islands like Bohol does not get this type of new building technology.
    4) why is the hollow block so brittle? Can't it be made with stronger cement mix? Or a cement mix like the panels.

What I have seen here in the U.S. are modular blocks much bigger and lighter than the regular cement block and they are used as an external wall throughout the house. These blocks interlock and I was pretty amazed by their design as it also cut down on installation time and the method has an auto correction as far as being plum and level(As long as the foundation was prepared and level then these blocks just go up with 1 person working alone. Sorry I can't provide the manufacturer's info as I have only seen the program on cable tv some 5+ years back, but definitely the house being built was here in the U.S. Would definitely use your product if ever we decide to build a house there in Cebu or else buy one of the existing new homes. Good Luck! I'm sure you have a winner product for sure!

Sir Slater. nice video at least nakita namin yung pag gawa. question lang po kung pwede na ba to for DIYers? Another thing kung pwede na ba like yung poste tapos mag start ka na mag install ng panels like sa video na wala pang beam sa itaas. tanong lang kung pwede ba gawing after sa pag install ng panels saka na natin mag add ng formworks for beam? pardon for my ignorance hehe gusto ko lang malaman. kasi kadalasan sa nakikita ko ngayon ay wall muna bago mag lagay ng poste at beam which nakita ko naman na may mali dun pero pwede ba natin gawin yung panels first then beam sa itaas? salamat idol!

This is great! When I started working with precast panels, laging for large scale projects so I’ve always wondered if pano kaya magagawa na efficient ang production ng panels for small scale naman. I envisioned it around that size pero never thought of the material properties. Just a question though, pano ang mga penetrations for services and what about its fire hazard properties? Thanks in advance if masasagot. More powers!

Great product! Since walang rebars yung mga panels.

As i understand as its core is same as liteblock. You can just make a hole or chisel it for your need either way its made of concrete. I think the only limitations of it vs conventional hollowblocks is you can't use it as load bearing wall. Not sure though.

interesting po. Hindi pa din ako nakakita ng ganito, but it reminds of Hemp Blocks - lego style. if it's light and it floats, not mixed with styro, hula ko lang - then the middle part of the panel is either aircrete or has perlite aggregate?
