Wow, a lot to praise God for in Chapter 1 of Thessalonians. I am saved! Now and forever. I am empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk out the Christian life! I am seen by God the Father as perfect and righteous because he views me through the lens of his son, Jesus Christ! What a God! What a savior! What a Holy Spirit/Counselor! Yes, yes, yes!!!

Came on here by chance or shud I say by divine intervention as I was looking for gospel songs to play on way fm work. Shock horror its the study I was to present. U just cemented it. I had researched abt the Thessalonians and their environment, the kind of city and had preached to self etc. I heard my words fm yr preaching and more so m blessed. I got hooked and started listening to more preachings and just felt sooooo blessed. God bless you Pastor.
Thank you pastor Paul as God used you to share his message powerfully. The explanation of Grace and Peace - such a short verse, you peeled the deeper meaning. I have been striving w my own strengths to overcome my sins and it feels lousy each time I sin. I turn away from praying when I fall in sin, but to know that Jesus forgives, I will need the spirit's power to overcome it. I must never harden my heart. It is not good works that save me but faith and love that produce those works. So when good works happen or when I see transformation in myself,
these are living testimonies of faith and the work of the spirit.
I'm so glad you're on Thessolonians. I've been reading Chapter 4:16-18. Every day.

Its so easy for me to say, God loves me and will never forsake me as ive come to a newfound confidence in that truth. But as a first born ambotious go getter whoes goals rarely match my day to day life; it hit me hard to hear that God sees me tbroghj jesus's work and not my own. And that there is such an amazng being who looks on me with fondness like im the most beautiful girl in the world!

23:25 it is extremely tormenting to live that way, exhausting. I have trouble realizing feeling saved is not a thing, rather it is DECLARED when you believe (EPHESIANS 3:22 But the Scriptures DECLARE that we are all prisoners of sin, so we recieve God's promise of freedom only by believing in Jesus Christ.) Boom, no arguing with the TRUTH!!! 💯💯💯💯💯
