So so so true, for me that was always the absolute highlight of getting to stay home sick from school - watching Price is Right hosted by Bob Barker at 11am.

@@my3dviews To be fair the producers initially thought he cheated to get that price right on the nose so there was a LOT of suspicion surrounding that bid (though they had no proof to back up their claims). And needless to say, Drew, being the rookie TPIR host that he was at the time, was NOT prepared for such an event to happen. Lol

@@my3dviews They thought someone in the crowd(his wife?) was giving him answers somehow and stopped taping to ensure he didn't actually cheat.

I wouldn’t say pissed at him, the whole staff thought what? Heck, if this was in bob’s era, even he would’ve probably been shocked, different reaction from this, but shocked. I kinda liked that if I’m being honest. It kinda separated the real LFAT’s from the rest. Like, they say they watched for a certain amount of time, but sometimes it shows when you missed some shows. I think him, and buy or sell michael are in a league of their own. Coming up with a strategy to win respectively.

There was an exact bid in one of the earliest seasons, but it was before the DSW rule came into effect.
