Chloe- I just learned some things about hrt i didnt know. The sex drive may not be the estrogen, if you are taking an androgen blocker like spiro they often give too large a dose ( spiro is typically 150mg to 175, ppl say reducing it to 100 can help). Also if your t is too low that can do it, friend of mine had near 0 t and had no drive, they rebalanced her hrt and she was off to the races. If you get srs ( if you haven't already gotten castrated) it may help bc you wont be on a blocker and hormone dose will be lower
Thanks for your information endocrinologist in New Zealand are very lacking in information trans woman in New Zealand only go off what they are told I'm hoping things change when I get my SRS surgery
@@ChloeDaniels-HOTMTF Obviously I am not a doctor , so this is just what I have learned. I was shocked that it was the spiro doing the damage ( not that it mattered to me, but apparently it is the spiro that causes ED. Spiro is a bp med as many of the others are, and it in dropping bp ( I think by causing the vessels to expand, not sure), it causes Ed). I hear these stories of trans women supposedly on hrt getting women in prison pregnant and I couldn't figure it out. ) I know it likely is hard to get to your doctor there, but as a patient talk to them and ask them about tinkering with the anti androgen ,dropping the dose and seeing if it helps. SRS might help ( and keeping mind this could be a placebo effect,), a number of girls I know post srs said that they libido def went up, it wasn't like it was as a guy, but definitely went up ( one said she was in fire, but she was my hoochie friend *lol*.... said in in total humor, she would agree).

❤❤❤ try for awhile..think you can eat eggs...do suggest a rescue dog or cat.Are a bit ambitious on the weight loss.Once again, been there/ done that.A kilo a month is a safe, & achievable ( as in- it stays off- long term) goal.Had a blow out, because my HRT got accidentally mucked up( joy of being intersex/ transgender- adds an extra level of complexity..for my endoncronologist) Was sort of detransitioned for 6 months.Like you,had to do a heap of research & figure it out.Was not much.So cannot get upset.Do need endoncronologist. Transition- on physical level is marathon( your term..could not have framed that better) that requires commitment. Will see what happens, with my orientation after Stage 1 GRS on October 25.Not doing vaginaplasty for financial & health reasons, just yet. This is a small, but very important first step.Is day surgery. Can though- take a month to recover properly.
