Funny enough; my brother and I made the exact same detour in our own Pokémon Sword adventure. I'm not sure how far ahead you are with the recording, but I advise either using a separate team or dipping in and out of this Isle quest to avoid overlevelling. 1:58 - The slowest invasive species ever. Given the Pokémon serves as both Klara and Avery's Ace, I feel like it should have been Psychic/Poison right off the bat. 3:38 - Funny how you have a female Sir Cabby and a male Iris. Unfortunate with getting confused immediately but Bite certainly packed the needed punch against Galarian Slowpoke here. 5:19 - Oh, I thought the Crown Tundra could only be accessed post-game, even with the pass. That's a surprise. 9:32 - Unsurprising that a Charcoal boosted STAB Ember would deal more damage than a Quick Attack. 13:42 - It's Sword and Shield; you're never going to be far behind when it comes to EXP. The only shocks are the sudden jumps in level from the Champion and with Klara/Avery per each new fight against them. Also, Iris is getting a lot of spotlight. He is trying to make his case for being on your team. 17:02 - Guy got a bit excessive with his love for Alolan Diglett. 151 caught Alolan Digletts to find. 20:58 - All that way for a Lilipup? Given the almost tropical like island here, I expected you to be making this detour to nab yourself a Pyukumuku. 23:25 - I did love the Rocky Helmet; great for continuous damage when held by defensive Pokémon or a parting shot from less defensive Pokémon. 29:37 - I do wonder what happened to that fellow who lost out on his chance to join the dojo.
@grinbrothers I'm actually in way in advance in order to keep up with an upload schedule due to real-life stuff, but the overleveling thing won't be a problem long term at all. Crown Tundra can be accessed early, but you must battle Peony's team, which consists of Level 70 Pokemon in order to proceed. You don't have to win, but I prefer not cheapening the adventure with an unnecessary loss just for progression. I don't think Pyukumuku is in the Isle of Armor, but his time is coming. 😉 The guy who ran from the dojo does appear later on, but I forgot how that's accessed. If it's what I think it is, we might not get to that.
@@Namako_Bushi I expected you'd be in advance of uploads but I didn't expect over-levelling wouldn't be an issue. It's the most tropical place of Galar, so I expected him to be there.
😎
