@@TheTech660 nfl blitz is by midway another dead publisher/developer that sold their assets to wb and i highly doubt its ever gonna be revive by them and ea holds the license to nfl games its just gonna be a another blitz league situation which is the reason that series got killed off in the first place and that's the problem with y'all new "gamers" bcuz y'all stay bitchin about Remastered & Remakes and when they milk it its not the same experience and with modern tactics its just gonna have microtransactions out the ass with card packs and other garbage that wasn't originally in the game

That's impossible, since some are gonna demand a ton of money, some will refuse, and some are dead (RIP Kobe). The players association is the one thing players have to sign in order for their likeness to appear in other media. Since everyone doesn't play anymore, it's gonna be impossible. 2. EA sucks. They really don't want to release NBA games since they have to compete with 2K. And if they somehow do, they are gonna mess it up like every single time they remade a game.
Lots of excellent titles were released for the Ps2 in 2001 such as metal gear 2 Klonoa 2 Silpheed the lost planet The bouncer Rayman 2 revolution NBA street Baldur's gate 1 Splashdown 1 ATV offroad fury 1 Jak and daxter 1 Ssx tricky And many others I still own a Ps2 and play it.

Fantastic game! I still have it for my Ps2, this game is a blast to play, it's very addictive and it has excellent graphics, I completed this game many times. And I honestly think NBA vol. 2 and 3 are a bit boring.
