As airplane accidents go, this is minor, but it is important that it be investigated to determine whether existing safety procedures are inadequate or whether the proper procedures weren't followed. they exist on longer planes haha, my dad is a pilot on the A340-600. the plane is so long you can’t see the wings from the cockpit, so they have cameras that show every angle of the plane. in this case the pilot just wasn’t experienced or wasn’t paying attention. at least nobody got hurt.

What are you doing step Boeing?
This is a prime example of airbus and Boeing’s beef with each other
That tow operator is fired!
Interestingly. Companies don't like to fire people for incidents on the apron so as to avoid a culture of not reporting. Most likely the individual will be taken off their duties for re training with a warning on their records.
The jet isn’t being towed it’s taxing. The fault of the pilot
Its actually to be the pilot fault, not correctly calculate the turning degree
@jagermeister1809 are you sure? It looks like the tail of the other plane comes backward into the wing. The lines on the tarmac appear stationary from the view from inside the plane. This would suggest the other plane is reversing, most likely being pushed by a tug.
@rickewilde 1) the front wheel of the other plane never moved, according to the marking behind it 2) the marking behind the tip of the wing was changing, suggest the plane the cammer was on was moving 3) when the collision happened, the momentum brought the camera to its right, suggesting the plane was going that way

Where the heck was ground air controllers to prevent this accident at ? Amazing
Honestly, that's the least of your worries if you find yourself seated on a 737 Max...
Need a lawyers reaction for this
A lawyer ain't got sht to do with this. That's only an incident not an accident.
When you crash your wing into a stationary jet’s rear fuselage, the law will find you at fault for not paying attention. Lol
@@jaybdub77 NOOO, it’s 100+ feet wide/long airplane, not your car. You can’s see s@t from the cockpit much less your wingtip. If the center line of the 737 was on the line on the ground the pilot moving the plane will be fine and it’ll be either ground control or parked pilot’s fault.
I’m a lawyer and my opinion is that this is very likely not to buff out.
