Honestly the game was the only thing that did WWZ justice from the movie “adaptation”. I’ll never forget the “Great Panic” chapter in India in how it described how the big cruise ships and giant boats turned into “floating slaughterhouses” when the few infected passengers who snuck onboard turned. Can’t imagine the sight of an overcrowded cruise ship being consumed by its undead cargo. Bodies, both alive and undead toppling into the deep dark waters. Blood trailing down from the portholes, decks, and windows due to all the bloody carnage of zombies feasting on the trapped survivors. Power to the ship gets cut and the ship dies bobbing to the ocean current with air thick of the screams, violence, and moans of the undead passengers.
Even worse, there is almost no way to properly escape because of the zombies underwater. Since the zombies don't need to breathe (for some reason), they will remain underwater and could gnaw on your ankles and drag you to an eternal fate of wandering the ocean floor if you tried to swim. Lifeboats and buoys would be no safer. Sea transportation is quite possibly one of the most dangerous places to be in during a zombie apocalypse (that underground network of tunnels in France still haunts me though, I LOVED how it was written)
I really like that there are other survivors and not just the 4 main protagonists fighting their way through hordes of zombies, but that there are more different side survivors. I like that a lot and I missed that in left4dead. I know that even in left4dead there were some other survivors as pilots or who drove ships etc, but I missed meeting some directly in action.
For the automatic rifle, I'd hazard to guess the laser on the end would be for point shooting? Like yeah they have the sights, but maybe the battery died or because of how the rifle was set up the pointer comes on so your character is like whatever Ill use the laser pointer instead.(Ik its not a laser "pointer," before anyone jumps down my throat about THAT, in particular.)
I hate the close up zoom mechanic, it's like as if your character just went face next to barrel. I mean, they didn't have to put any zoom in the game, it's just about how much ammo you dispense towards zombies anyway.
Ships are actually the best out of the worst If you contain the infected, you take situation under your hands AND have long lasting resources capable to be stationed away from shores.
Yea, I'm going to give him benefit of doubt and assume this was one of those "cinematic" playalongs where they don't try to beat it fast...because if this is the best he can do, he's awful!

This is the third part of the campaign, where the cruise ships that are filled with Japanese Refugees are heading to Kambucha, however somebody who was infected managed to get on board and infect other passengers with the virus. The entire premise and set up to execution of this mission is so stupid. How tf did all of those people turn and decay themselves that fast… idc what you think, it wouldn’t have gone down as fast as it did here. This is literally within like an hour of them finding out and the entire ship is coming after you by the end of it. You got zombie juggernauts too? Like give me a break, this sht was lazy and just a made up excuse to have a ship level. The ship outbreak would’ve been confined hella fast and certainly not have spread to the entire population that quickly
