Awesome video! Kind of sad seeing a nice little club like that in such a state, so many memories from peoples lives now just left to the elements... We used to see stuff like this all the time here in Canada, most of the time the "growers" never bothered to even put any plastic barriers and would end up destroying the houses with mold and mildew. The fires that used to be caused from botched wiring jobs like the one you showed directly connecting into the mains were on the NEWS in Toronto at least a couple times a week, it was completely out of control. After legalization in 2018 all the crime, fires and property damage completely disappeared literally overnight and now it's treated and controlled the same as alcohol. Why the U.K. hasn't followed suit is beyond comprehension... Fantastic explore Matt, keep up the awesome work, you've got a great channel here. Cheers mate!

Amazing how the guys find places for these grows. My old neighborhood a few years back, was a regular suburban neighborhood, turned out there was a house half a block away, I’d walked by many times, was one of the biggest grows and distribution places in the state I lived in at the time and nobody knew. Cops found it by accident because a truck was blocking a driveway one day. Crazy.

It keeps the running requirements down for Power. Some _Purists_ argue that LED is no match for High Pressure Sodium.
The truth is, as long as the correct Temperature, Humidity and the right _Spectrum_ of light, Anything will grow abundantly!
Those IsoMax tubes are fan silencers and start at £270 for the smallest 150mm version, and you can just buy them online, no wonder weed grows are so fast to setup. They probably spend like £1k on setup then make 10x that in sales till the police raid, then just repeat the process.
Those silver things that are connected to the big vent’s are all the carbon filters to filter the smell as it vent’s out of the building plus the lights are all worth quite a bit of money absolutely crazy Matt nice little explore 😎👍

It's legal to grow in my county. I'm a state certified grower, we use L.E.D. multi phase lights. Legal to grow 6 plants 6ft tall

I am surprised that the neighbors are letting (the lady in the window) is letting all the trash sit out there like that. lol That probably could have been a very profitable venture before they got caught at it. Being a radio ham Matt I would have thought that carrying a 2 mt HH and a clipboard you could pass yourself for an official doing a survey of sorts, would explain your presence and why you would be trying doors etc
25:45 the wooden boxes with round flanges ,like at the top of the stairs @ 27:20 are silencers for the ducting so the sound is reduced to a low whoosh at most.

God that was dodgy to with people watching and it being a main road and you kept walking around that was a right set up and some bits of equipment left but wat a right mess they left behind how the hell did they get all the stuff in there but no way they was going to get away with it with houses flats buildings all around the place was right trashed wat a shame the workingman's club shut but you wouldn't think it where it is police are just lazy let other people clean it out who ever buys the building for more flats with the rest around place was crazy great explore Matt

This club was certainly closed in 2020.
Looks like it was running for a while they probably made their money and didn't care they probably rented the place legit with fake ID no way they got all that in there if it was abandoned without being noticed. They get small asian immigrants to run them so they can fit in tight spaces, there is thousands of these ops around.
